Unlike classic training in archaeology, to investigate, to propose, to develop and to evaluate Public Archeology projects requires to know the multiplicity of perspectives of professionals and stakeholders. It is difficult, often, to present these other views and experiences around archeology in the context of formal education in university classrooms. Even when outdoor teaching is possible, trainers use to collaborate with proximity projects that may propitiate a certain localist tendency in the analysis and the practice of Public Archaeology.
The INNOVARCH project offers, through short interviews in an individual format, a mosaic of projects, opinions, experiences and reflections on different areas of Public Archeology from the four participating countries. Any of them can serve as a start for a group discussion session or as a stimulus for a research project or a practical project proposal.
The persons who appear in the following videos have participated as trainers or as collaborators in the intensive courses of INNOVARCH. For all of them their institutional or professional affiliation is given, as well as the main topic of their contribution. We want to thank them for their interest in INNOVARCH and their generous help.
